Chief Executive Officer
George has over 25 years of global leadership experience in Information Technology and the enterprise AI sectors, with a proven track record of building high-performance teams and driving technological innovation across Fortune 500 companies, public and start-up companies across the US, Asia Pacific, and Greater China.
As the CEO of IQAX, George oversees corporate strategy, talent development, technology innovation, ecosystem partnership, strategic M&A, customer success, and operational excellence. Drawing on his extensive expertise in digital transformation and global business development, George strives to accelerate the company’s sustainable growth in the global trade, shipping, and logistics industry.
Prior to IQAX, George was the President of D2 Intelligence, an enterprise AI pioneer in Hong Kong. As EVP at Ericsson, he revitalized a US$700M Digital Services Unit in Northeast Asia. As the founding partner, CIO, and President of APAC, he also played a key role in Neustar’s NYSE IPO and global expansion.
George holds a BS in Physics from Zhejiang University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Chief Commercial Officer
Lionel is the Chief Commercial Officer of IQAX, the digital trade intelligence company powering critical decisions across global supply chains. He leads the company’s commercial strategy and drive business growth across key markets including the US, Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Greater China.
With over three decades of experience in technical sales, marketing, and product management, Lionel brings a unique blend of enterprise and solution architecture expertise, combining sharp business acumen with deep regional market knowledge across markets. His data-driven approach consistently delivers measurable results, creating value for all stakeholders in the shipping ecosystem and advancing the digital transformation of global trade.
Prior to IQAX, he held the position of Senior Director at Oracle, where he led technical and business development initiatives across Greater China and oversaw Oracle’s Asia Pacific strategic partner enablement.
Lionel holds an MBA from York University, Toronto, and a BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistical Analysis from the University of Toronto.
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
GQ Dai is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of IQAX, the digital trade intelligence company powering critical decisions across global supply chains. GQ leads the company’s global sales and marketing initiatives, driving strategic growth by identifying market opportunities and aligning strategic initiatives with industry trends. With a sharp focus on innovation and strategic value, GQ plays a pivotal role in accelerating IQAX’s growth and impact in global trade.
With over 25 years of experience in strategic technology transformation across manufacturing, finance, and logistics sectors, GQ brings extensive expertise in fintech, blockchain technology, and digital asset applications to the company. His profound knowledge spans emerging technologies and their practical applications in global trade and supply chain management.
Previously as General Manager of Shipping & Logistics at Ant Group Digital Technologies, GQ has driven innovation across Ant Financial Cloud and Ant Chain, spearheading cutting-edge blockchain-based digital asset solutions for ports, shipping, logistics and commodity trade. During his tenure at IBM Great China and China Construction Bank, GQ contributed to IT strategy consulting and digital transformation consultant for financial institutions and industry users.
Chief Product Officer
Eric is the Chief Product Officer of IQAX, the digital trade intelligence company powering critical decisions across global supply chains. He leads the innovation strategy of its suite product built for Trade Intelligence, IQAX One. He is also responsible for application development, frameworks and architecture, release management, production support, and product design and management.
Eric is a veteran IT professional with over two decades of experience in the shipping industry. His technical acumen covers enterprise systems, cloud computing, data analytics, API platforms, and IoT solutions, backed by strong leadership skills in managing complex IT projects and teams.
Prior to IQAX, Eric was the Assistant General Manager at OOCL (Australia), where he worked on a major blockchain platform architecture design and implementation project. He also led technical innovation initiatives as the Head of Product Development and established an internal IT academy that has trained over 100 IT professionals.
Eric holds a Master of Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems) from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is also an HKIE Engineering Supervisor (Information) and a frequent keynote speaker for leading technology vendors including Red Hat, Splunk, and TIBCO.
Vice President of Customer Success
Phoebe is a senior operation professional with over 20 years of experience managing highly complex business and customer support projects in shipping industry. Phoebe is skilled at the delivery of superior operational continuity and digital transformation projects, resulting in positive customer experiences across large-scale business functions.
Phoebe oversees IQAX’s operations functions, including production support and customer service teams. With extensive experience in the shipping industry, she combines strategic oversight with operational expertise to address clients’ needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Before joining IQAX, Phoebe led OOCL business process outsourcing functions and successfully managed global desktop support operations, with a leadership extended to managing a workforce of around 800 support staff across multiple locations in Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Manila.
